The student yearbook committee, led by Mr. Berrigan, has been hard at work all year capturing all of those school moments from the Kinders first year to the final year for our Grade 9s. Each year, Parent Association gifts year books to grade 9 students. To manage the cost of mailing out the yearbooks to all of the departed students, we ask that families pay $5 to cover the cost. All yearbooks, need to be ordered via the LifeTouch website.

Council Meetings:
All are welcome to join and hear what is going on at the school, we are always looking for more bodies to lend their voice to Council. This is our avenue for providing feedback to the School and Foothills School Division.
Blanket Exercise:
The Kairos blanket exercise is an experiential workshop and interactive educational experience that explores relationships between Indigenous and non-indigenous peoples in what is now called Canada. Through the activity, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the effects of colonization in Canada.

Casino:
Every 3 years, our Heritage Heights Parent Association manages a 2-day casino fundraiser. Our next casino is on June 16 &17, 2023, at Ace Casino Blackfoot in Calgary. This is by far our most lucrative fundraiser and is a fun and easy volunteer experience.
We have 18 volunteer shifts remaining to fill. Parents, grandparents, neighbours and friends are all welcome to volunteer. Shift roles & durations are as follows:
JUNE 16, 2023 (Friday):
7:00pm - 3:30am - Chip Runner
11:00pm - 3:30am - Countroom Staff (5)
JUNE 17, 2023 (Saturday)
7:00pm - 3:30am - General Manager, Banker, Cashier (2), Chiprunner (2)
11:00pm - 3:30am - Countroom Supervisor, Countroom Staff (5)
